Perfect villa for our family of 5! The pool was amazing and the kids loved it. The outdoor BBQ area was fantastic for evening meals. Only 20 minutes to beautiful Plakias beach and 25 minutes to Rethymno's charming old town. Will definitely return!

The villa exceeded our expectations! Three spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with espresso machine, and the location is ideal - close to Armeni village for groceries but peaceful and quiet. The terrace views are breathtaking. Highly recommended!

Wonderful week at the Villa! The outdoor areas are perfect for relaxing, and we loved having breakfast on the balcony each morning. Great location between Rethymno and the south coast beaches. The washing machine and full kitchen made our stay very comfortable.

Fantastic villa with everything you need! The pool was perfect, plenty of parking for our rental cars, and the gas BBQ made our evenings special. Easy drive to both Rethymno's restaurants and Plakias' stunning coastline. Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
